  17.    If they do, or if they loose it, they pay.  They have to return the
  18. package, or the funds.  At least that is the policy for insured items...  Had
  19. it happen once.  They purchaser forgot to give it to them, and called me later
  20. that day.  He said he put it in the mail to me <and he actually did! > and
  21. sorry for the trouble.  I called up the post office, and they said they
  22. couldn't track the payment, and gave me the cash anyway. :-)  My honesty got
  23. the better of me, however, and I returned it.  I have regreted that choice to
  24. this day. :-)
