- If they do, or if they loose it, they pay. They have to return the
- package, or the funds. At least that is the policy for insured items... Had
- it happen once. They purchaser forgot to give it to them, and called me later
- that day. He said he put it in the mail to me <and he actually did! > and
- sorry for the trouble. I called up the post office, and they said they
- couldn't track the payment, and gave me the cash anyway. :-) My honesty got
- the better of me, however, and I returned it. I have regreted that choice to
- this day. :-)
